Provide leadership and
management for the overall quality functions at the Fort Wayne
plant. Interfaces with management, production supervision and
engineering to achieve overall quality objectives. Accountable
for implementing, maintaining and optimizing an effective quality
management system including TS 16949. Will be responsible to manage
customer quality issues, collect and manage quality data, use
statistical methods to analyze and present meaningful information to
solve quality issues. Will lead teams in solving quality issues
using various tools that will include Six Sigma.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Engineering or Business
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
3+ years of Quality Management Experience
