Topic:  EAGLE’S INSIGHT:  “Experience Speaks of Lessons Learned”

Come learn from the voices of experience about the most common challenges companies have with achieving ISO certification and their efforts in problem solving and continuous improvement.  EAGLE Registrations has assembled the real-world experiences of over 50 third-party auditors and business participants for this collaborative presentation.  Topics will include: 

1.       What Auditors see as the top challenges clients have in obtaining and maintaining ISO Certification and the best corrective action plans they have seen to resolve these issues. 

2.       Also, what Clients and their Business Participants express are their biggest hurdles with ISO certification and their best efforts to overcome these issues.

Jim Lee

President and Founder, Simple QuE Inc.

Jim has over 25 years of experience in executive management, procurement, quality and engineering with Emerson Electric, General Motors, Huffy Corporation and Systems Research Laboratories. He also served as President and COO for EAGLE Registrations and was an owner of ACLASS Corporation in Arlington, VA. ACLASS, which  performs laboratory accreditations to ISO 17025, is now owned by ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB).

He is a certified manager of quality/organizational excellence and certified quality auditor with ASQ, an IRCA certified QMS Lead Auditor, an IATF certified ISO/TS 16949:2002 auditor and a RABQSA certified Aerospace Auditor.  Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Ohio University, is a six sigma quality black belt leader/champion and was awarded Champion for Quality by ASQ in1996.  He is half Chinese, lived eight years in Thailand, has traveled the world extensively and speaks multiple languages.

Nancy Berger

Sales Manager, EAGLE Registrations Inc.

Nancy joined EAGLE in 2006 as Customer Service Manager and moved to Sales Manager in 2007. She received IRCA Lead Auditor Certification in 2006 and is currently participating in EAGLE’s MBA program.

 Nancy has 30 years of experience in Customer Service Management. Prior to joining EAGLE, she managed Whiteford Foods’ GFS Vendor Involvement Team, where she helped them earn the GFS VIP Award 6 consecutive times.

She has 9 Years of experience as a Lead Internal Auditor, including leading the first meat manufacturing in the U.S. to achieve ISO certification in 1995.
