Pat Marshall’s presentation is a repeat of a lecture he gave in November at the ASQ/TQM Network All Day Conference.  After researching for a great process regarding Internal Customer Service, Pat was frustrated because there didn’t seem to be anything in the literature that met this need.  Most books have to do with traditional Customer Service.  So Pat dug in and created this process that has been implemented in PHD’s manufacturing facility.  Come and hear a real life example of how understanding who your internal customers are, and meeting their needs can help your business.  Pat will be explaining how to roll this out in your facility and pitfalls PHD experienced along the way.  This promises to be an interesting and fun presentation.  Finally, experience a plant tour at Fort Wayne’s premier company for manufacture of pneumatic and hydraulic industrial automation actuators, designed to help companies across all industries optimize their manufacturing processes.  This event is limited to 30 participants, so get your reservation in today!!  NOTE:  There are three buildings on the campus, we will be in 9030 Clubridge Drive.
