Ashley Industrial Molding (AIM) has implemented a training program in the area of Design of Experiments, which has led to numerous successes. The training is a “learn and do” approach. Many people take multi-day seminars on subjects such as DOE and the training is never translated to practical applications at work. John, Karen, and Wayne will tell how AIM’s yearlong training works. They will demonstrate how an experiment can be done in the classroom with the involvement of the students (audience). Following discussions on the training, a success story will be presented.
